Mental Abuse Trauma

Mental abuse trauma (MAT) can come in several manifestations. Some of them very overt, others a lot more covert. Some of them are inflicted with intent, and some of them are inflicted accedentally. Some of them are particularly cruel, and some of them even appear to be loving and sweet. 

The result of mental abuse however always is the same. They leave the victim in a state of feeling powerless, with a torn down self esteem and feeling dependent on the person committing the abuse. This at some point leaves the victim in a situation where their emotions and rationality end up in chaos. Where they often doubt their own sanity, reality and feelings.  



Fees

M.A.T.C.H is available at the rate of $ US 65,- per hour. (when domestic)

M.A.T.C.O is available at the rate of $ US 45,- per hour.

M.A.T.C.O. 5 session bulk pak $ US 208,- (7,5% discount)

M.A.T.C.O. 10 session bulk pak $ US 382,50 (15% discount)

Emergencies go at the same rate as long as they fall within my regular working hours (10 am - 8 pm CET / GMT+1) Outside of those the fee for emergency counseling is $ US 100,- for the 1st hour and US $ 50 for every next hour.

Match & Matco are short for mental abuse trauma coaching respectivly home and on-line.  

In both, MATCH and MATCO, we first establish a global picture of your current situation and your expectations about where your cooperation with Socratic Pine Tree can get you. Together, we set a realistic goal.

Then we will take a closer look into your current situation, your history, your relationship and ex-relationships if applicable. The information you can give us wile doing this and our expertese on the subject will give us what we need to be able to explain what happened, what processes lead to the abuse, and how it could have impacted you so badly. Understanding this, seeing what has been going on, will give you a lot of relief. You will learn that things were 'inevitable' and that they were not your fault. That's where your healing allready starts.

At the same time, this is where your foundation for more self worth is being created. The realisation that it is not your fault, can be used to wheelbarrow in the soil to create a new garden to grow self esteem. 

In the next part, we will start planting the seeds for this, using various techniques from CBT, DBT, schema therapy and Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, if you appear to be responsive to the latter.
